My name is Ester Volpicelli, I am 24 years old, I was born in Aversa (CE) and I live in Cardito (Na). After the Second Degree Diploma in Human Sciences, in 2016 I graduated in Sociology with 110/110 cum laude from the Department of Social Sciences, Federico II University of Naples and I am a student student at Mands Master & Skills for an Executive Master in Human Resources Management (which will end on September 21, 2018) divided into modules: Organization and Business Strategy, Labor Law, Regulations and Safety, Management of Organizational Processes, Personnel Selection, Employment Contracts, Fulfillment and Taxation , Taxpayer Regulations, Job Consulting, Role Playing, Team Building in 200 hours of teaching including lectures, company testimonials, individual and group exercises, workshops, analysis of business cases in waiting mode and in e-learning, project work and individual study and study days in conventional receptive structures with the Department of Social Sciences south d ect in sponsorship and intership. I adore the field of diversity in the human resources sector because diversity is a key resource for a company’s success and I intend to be able to position myself in this branch of business in the future.
